As a Project Manager within business development and IT, you will be a key player in the power grid's development and Sweden's transition to becoming fossil-free. You will Plan, lead, and support the implementation of the company's business development projects with particular focus on IT transformation. Drive change initiatives Be an important part of our digitalization journey where you and your colleagues form an important enabler for realizing the company's strategy Ensure that our methods and frameworks for driving business development projects are effective and used in the organization Requirements As a person, you are solution-oriented and drive your tasks forward to achieve results. Furthermore, you have a good ability to build trust and collaborate with others to achieve results toward a common goal. We are looking for someone who has Several years of experience in project management within business development, IT and digital transformation, preferably in a large and complex organization Experience driving change projects with process, information and IT focus Experience in change management and implementation of business changes Good communication skills both written and verbal. Fluent in Swedish and English.
