About the role: As a Field Team Leader, you will drive installations from start to completion. You take over projects once materials are ordered and ensure installations are executed according to plan, on schedule, and with the right quality. The role is operational and fast-paced, with daily contact with electricians, subcontractors, and customers. You serve as the hub during the installation phase, ensuring all parties deliver according to plan. Key responsibilities include: Follow up on correct material delivery to the customer before installation. Be the primary contact person for electricians and subcontractors in the field. Manage and monitor installations to ensure they proceed according to plan. Drive installations toward internal deadlines (5-day targets). Handle deviations and escalate when necessary. Maintain ongoing customer contact during the installation phase. Communicate proactively about delays or problems. Document status, deviations, and progress in systems. Ensure installations are completed on time for invoicing. To succeed in this role, you have: Experience coordinating projects or leading fieldwork. Experience managing external parties and meeting deadlines. Background in installation, electrical work, construction, contracting, or similar environments. Strong communication skills and experience with customer contact. Ability to work in a structured manner at a fast pace. Good computer skills. B-class driver's license. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. (Experience with solar panels, batteries, or charging infrastructure is a plus but not required) We're looking for you if you: Are driven, solution-oriented, and take responsibility.
