About Solvinkeln Fastigheter Solvinkeln Fastigheter is an entrepreneur-driven residential developer and construction company with a focus on: New construction of single-family homes Comprehensive wind projects Major renovations and apartment refurbishments We have our own project management and site supervision, and the majority of our workers (Site Supervisors, carpenters, plumbers) are employed directly. By working with our own production and a streamlined organization, we create efficient projects with high quality and good control over implementation. The company is in an expansion phase and is now looking for a Project Manager/Site Supervisor who wants to take clear responsibility for production on site. The Role As a project manager/site supervisor with us, you have operational responsibility for daily production. We typically have 4–6 projects running simultaneously, which requires strong planning and logistics skills. Your main tasks: Lead and allocate work for our own tradesmen and subcontractors. Ensure that schedules and quality requirements are met in everything from new construction to fine carpentry. Responsible for material procurement, blueprint reading, and authority contacts. Be the bridge between project management and production. Responsibilities Site Supervision & Production Lead and allocate daily work at the construction site Supervise and follow up on our own carpenters Coordinate subcontractors as needed Planning & Structure Plan work tasks, staffing, and material deliveries Ensure good logistics and efficient production flow Follow up that work is performed according to plans and specifications Schedule, Quality & Budget Ensure that production follows the schedule and established quality requirements Identify deviations and address them early in the process Contribute to good cost control in projects Authorities, Inspections & Handover Participate in contacts with municipality and authorities as needed Assist with inspections and ensure corrective actions Responsible for handing over projects in good condition Your Profile We are looking for someone with a strong practical background in construction and who is experienced in leading production on site. You are organized, solution-oriented, and have a knack for creating order and clarity in your daily work. You have likely worked as a carpenter, site supervisor, or site manager and have taken on greater responsibility over time. You are confident in your role, humble in collaboration, and clear in your communication. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in construction production Experience with residential new construction, wind projects, and major renovations Good understanding of construction technology and experience working from blueprints Experience with site supervision on construction sites Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Class B driver's license Personal Qualities Organized and thorough – you have control of both details and the big picture Strong planner – you stay one step ahead in production Clear and confident leader – you create order and collaboration on site Solution-oriented – you handle daily challenges pragmatically What We Offer You are offered a key role in a company with short decision-making paths and great opportunity to influence how production is conducted.
