We are looking for an analytical and organized person who can bridge the creative (design) process with actual production. We are open to candidates from other cities – we offer a partially remote (hybrid) work model or compensate for travel expenses. This is a highly dynamic job requiring excellent communication skills (verbal and written), computer literacy skills, especially the ability to work with Microsoft Office applications when preparing commercial proposals. Nature of work. Administration of new furniture design development and project progress management. Mediation and continuous collaboration between design and production departments – ensuring smooth information flow. Organization of design standard reviews: evaluation of completed work, error analysis, solution search, and determining further development directions. Systematization and maintenance of technical and product development-related documentation. Monitoring the latest furniture design trends, preparing market reviews, and adapting insights to the company's product range.
