As Product Lead, you'll become a key person in developing Pabliq – a modern SaaS platform that helps companies find, analyze, and win public procurement contracts. You'll work closely with the business area's CPTO and play a central role in creating clarity around what should be built, why it creates value, and how the team can work even smarter moving forward. You'll help the organization make better product decisions by combining customer insights, product data, and modern AI tools. You'll among other things: Gather and analyze insights from customers, users, and the sales team Identify needs, patterns, and opportunities that drive product development forward Use AI to analyze feedback, customer conversations, and meeting notes Prepare decision-making materials for product initiatives and investments Work closely with the CPTO on prioritization, roadmap, and product development Coordinate initiatives and contribute to focus, direction, and progress in the team Introduce and develop the use of AI in product work Contribute to improved processes, workflows, and information flows Your team and workplace Antirio is behind Pabliq, a SaaS platform that helps companies work smarter with public procurement. About you We believe you come from a role such as Associate Product Manager, Product Operations, Delivery Lead, project manager, Customer Success, or from a consulting or SaaS environment. What matters most is not your exact previous title, but that you're curious, analytical, and want to develop your product leadership skills. You have experience working in a product or development-close environment and enjoy creating structure, coordinating initiatives, and collaborating with different stakeholders. You're communicative, take your own initiative, and have the ability to translate information and insights into concrete recommendations and activities. At the same time, you're humble, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you take significant responsibility.
