The position is approximately 85%, and within Boden Municipality there is an opportunity to work full-time. WORK DUTIES The service user needs support and assistance to manage his daily life. The work includes assisting him with his need for support and help during weekdays and leisure time, such as personal care, transfers, training, household tasks, leisure activities, and more. The service user is fully cognitively competent but has mobility limitations. This is scheduled work - days, evenings, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a person who has well-developed empathy, a good understanding and respect for the disabled person's challenges and possibilities, as well as respect for the individual's integrity and self-determination. It is meriting if you have completed a Care Program, Children and Leisure program, or have education as a personal assistant and/or experience from the profession. A driver's license and access to a car are meriting since the workplace is located outside the city center and there are limited bus connections. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
