About the job as a personal assistant As a personal assistant, you will work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the client is located, and your tasks involve assisting the client so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Job responsibilities I am now looking for a personal assistant for a position where you will make a real difference in my daily life. As a personal assistant, you will work closely with me and help me with things that make it possible for me to live an independent life. Your tasks can vary and be adapted to daily needs, but include personal care, support with everyday chores, and activities inside and outside the home. I have animals, so you cannot be allergic. My interests are animals and nature—I spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy taking trips. I have my own car that assistants will drive. We are looking for you as: We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and confident in yourself. You are also attentive and learn new tasks easily. A driver's license and access to a car are necessary to get to and from work. You speak Swedish fluently. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in healthcare and nursing. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the client and have access to training about the role of personal assistant. About the employment The employment is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the pay form is hourly wages. Working hours vary based on the client's needs.
