ELFA Assistans is seeking engaged and responsible personal assistants for one of our clients – an 8-year-old girl with significant support and care needs. The work includes assistance with personal hygiene, training, meals, dressing and undressing. We are looking for you who: • Are attentive, including to non-verbal communication, and have the ability to create security and well-being. • Understand the importance of interaction and can meet the girl through singing, play, and fun. • Are responsible and have a genuine commitment to helping others. • Have experience in care and health services, as the work includes certain healthcare tasks. • Are in good physical condition, as the work can sometimes be physically demanding and includes floor-level activities, such as during training exercises. Working hours are primarily scheduled between 14:00 – 20:00 on weekdays and 09:00 – 17:00 on weekends. Flexibility regarding working hours due to colleagues' sick leave or vacation is desirable. We are currently seeking temporary staff, with the possibility of a fixed position and schedule if the collaboration works well. References will be requested, and since the client is a minor, you must provide a certificate of good conduct from the criminal record register. It is important that you order the certificate that applies to work with children with disabilities.
