There's laughter, play, some typical sibling banter, and sometimes things really get going. In the midst of all this, you are there as a steady presence. The boy receives round-the-clock assistance. Sometimes you work alone, sometimes with a colleague. The role involves both responsibility and closeness. You help with things like medication, inhalations, transfers, physical therapy, and personal hygiene. He has diagnoses that cause involuntary muscle movements. He always needs someone nearby – someone who can read situations, stay calm when things get hectic, and understand what he wants. But the job isn't only about caregiving. It's also about energy and joy! He loves when things happen: rolling his wheelchair fast, bouncing on the trampoline, listening to music, or joining in his siblings' adventures. Animals and walks are also favorites. Here you're not just support – you're part of everyday life, the laughter, and everything that makes life fun. We're looking for someone who is calm, responsive, and physically strong enough for manual lifting. You're present, patient, and can switch between calm and playfulness. Being willing to put yourself out there doesn't hurt. Experience with children or care is a plus, but not essential. The most important thing is that you work well together. You'll start as a temporary employee, with the possibility of a fixed-term contract as long as the assignment lasts if it feels right for both parties, with a position of 50-100%. Work shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend according to a rotating schedule. During holidays and leave periods, there's an opportunity to work more, so we're also looking for temporary substitutes.
