I am looking for reliable and caring personal assistants who want to be an important part of my daily life. I have active assistance around the clock, so it's essential that you as an assistant are present. It's important that you can follow routines and job descriptions, but also adapt to how I'm feeling on any given day. When I feel good, it's important that I receive the right stimulation, activities, and opportunities to play. I need full physical support in all activities. My care needs include personal care, inhalation, bipap/airvo, tube feeding (gastrostomy), and medication administration. As my assistant, you need to be able to read my condition, understand my signals, and interpret my body language. About You You are calm, confident, responsible, and have a warm manner with a genuine interest in making my daily life safe and meaningful. Previous experience as a personal assistant is a merit, but personal suitability is what matters most. The work takes place in my home where my family also lives. You need to have a good ability to balance working with me while also respecting my relationship with the rest of my family, becoming a natural part of our family's daily life.
