We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a guy around 25 years old with a physical disability (limited mobility). He lives in Falun. As an assistant, you will make a difference in his life and have the opportunity to help a person live on equal terms with others, to the extent possible. The work includes everything from some personal care, assistance with activities, household chores, and more. The workplace is in his home, workplace, and wherever he is. Working hours are scheduled for both day and evening shifts, Monday-Sunday. We would appreciate it if you can also work with short notice when needed, due to illness, etc. Since you will be part of a team of personal assistants selected by and for your user, it is important to have good work ethic where everyone helps each other and can work with short notice when needed, due to illness, etc. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
