We are seeking a flexible personal assistant, on an as-needed basis, for a 68-year-old man with significant care needs. You possess a natural ability to work pedagogically and communicate effectively in your approach. As a person, you are calm with great patience and a high tolerance level for people in need of care. The client prefers assistants close to his own age, so you should be 45 years or older to be considered for this position. It is a plus if you share his interests in architecture, film, and music. You enjoy working with people, you are flexible – able to work days, evenings, and nights – and express yourself very well in Swedish. Work experience in healthcare and elderly care is a requirement, and you must be able to work during June, July, and August. The introductory period is important for a good start, and it is paid.
