We warmly welcome your application! 4 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Your primary task is to ensure that each person receives the care and support they need. We always start from the care recipient's needs and treat each individual with respect and warmth. With us, you get varied work where you combine independent responsibility with close collaboration. Together with colleagues and other professionals in elderly care, you work to ensure that each care recipient has a safe, meaningful, and active life with the opportunity to live as independently as possible. The work includes care and support services according to the Social Services Act, and the assignment also includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You help care recipients in their daily lives, and your work tasks include personal care, meal support, and social activities. The work also includes participating in various meetings such as APT, team meetings, incident meetings, etc. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for committed nursing assistants with a genuine interest in working with people. You want to contribute to a safe, meaningful, and active daily life for our residents. Within Ulricehamn Municipality, multilingualism is an asset, but it is important that you have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. The work requires good documentation skills and experience working in digital systems. In our operations, we use digital work tools and create implementation plans with the individual's needs and participation in focus.
