Description:
Sales and customer service of solar power plants, energy storage systems, and electric vehicle charging stations, performing the following functions: 1. customer service, responding to incoming inquiries in writing and by phone (analysis of customer needs and project requirements); 2. calculation of quotations, preparation of commercial proposals and contracts, registering the project in the company's internal IT system; 3. project management, ensuring compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and budget; 4. if necessary, site visits to assess project quotations and work quality; 5. ongoing communication with suppliers (ordering goods, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating logistics); 6. seeking new clients in the B2B and B2C sectors, implementing business development.
