Kitchen Assistant
Description:
Assists the chef in preparing dishes and culinary products according to food production technology. Performs initial preparation of food raw materials (vegetables, poultry, fish, etc.). Prepares potatoes, carrots, beets and other vegetables. Cuts fresh, cooked and other food products on appropriately marked cutting boards. Maintains and keeps kitchen equipment in order (pots, pans, baking sheets, sinks and tubs). Takes care of kitchen refrigerator maintenance, cleans and defrosts them on time. Washes, organizes and prepares kitchen utensils, tools and other food preparation equipment for storage.
