About the Position We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care assistant for our home care services in Nacka. This is a full-time position involving providing care, support, and services to elderly people in their own homes. Work is performed on a schedule basis with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Job Responsibilities As a care assistant in home care services, you will work to support our clients in their daily lives. Job responsibilities include: Personal care and hygiene assistance Help with hygiene and dressing Meal support Service tasks such as cleaning and shopping Social support/companionship and walks Accompaniment Documentation according to company procedures Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have training as a nursing assistant or care aide Have previous experience working in home care services Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Have a class B driver's license Are responsible, flexible, and have good and appropriate interpersonal skills Can work independently as well as in a team Additional Information Due to the preferences of the client group, we are primarily seeking a female employee for this position.
