Now I need a new assistant who is curious about the profession and wants to develop! I am dealing with multiple health conditions with dominant pain issues, which can be unpredictable and means I sometimes need assistance with everything and sometimes I'm relatively self-sufficient. I live in the countryside and spend a lot of time outdoors, doing carpentry, chopping wood, going on outings, and I love music. The competencies I'm looking for in you for this role are that you are mature and confident. That you are empathetic, positive, and unpretentious. It's of course an advantage if you have experience in the profession but it's not a requirement. You will receive basic training for the role as well as further education. We are a well-functioning team with a relaxed atmosphere where we support each other. You need to have a driver's license for a manual transmission, and speak, understand, and write very good Swedish. We have pets so you need to be comfortable with animals. The position is 20 hours per week and includes both day/night shifts. A great advantage is if you can be flexible and work extra shifts when needed.
