Plan and organize the school's cultural activities, organize and ensure the preparation of national, state celebrations and various forms of events organized by the Institution, prepare and perform their scenarios, implement the Institution's cultural educational and sociocultural and other functions. Ability to model the informal education process, independently selecting technological, organizational and methodological measures that encourage student motivation and self-expression; Planning, organizing, managing and evaluating practical informal artistic education activities, ability to prepare and implement artistic educational projects and programs; Ability to communicate and collaborate with participants from diverse cultural and social experiences, create a safe learning environment that supports the learner's emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual development;
