Your Role as a Registered Nurse You have the opportunity to become a member of our on-call team—a varied and interesting role delivering medical interventions to patients enrolled in our home care service. Home Care has a broad mandate where we offer municipal health and medical care ranging from child services to elderly care. This includes medical interventions that can be provided in the home environment without requiring inpatient care. Interventions may include managing peritoneal dialysis, dialysis night machines, TPN administration, refilling pain pumps, medication injections, palliative care—pain management, and assessing health changes. You will work night shifts alongside two colleagues. Together you will plan the interventions scheduled in the intervention calendar. You will also handle unplanned interventions from care staff within home services and nursing/care facilities. Consultation with them occurs via the digital platform TeleQ. You handle incoming requests for advice or make home visits for assessment and treatment of various health conditions. You are also responsible for delegating care staff at different delegation levels for health and medical interventions. You receive physician support for your assessments via Mediro. Your Profile As a person, you are relationship-building, independent, and maintain a professional approach. You conduct your work from a person-centered perspective and are accommodating and attentive in your interactions with both patients and other staff members. You adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in change. You take own initiatives and propose new solutions to work-related issues. You express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Work hours are generally between 21:15 - 07:15 with flexible scheduling. Full-time is 34.33 hours per week. You work every third weekend.
