The Natural Sciences Program at Nacka Gymnasium has four educational pathways: Nature-Nature, Nature-Society, Nature-Abroad, and specialized education in mathematics. This position belongs to the Nature-Nature work team. Your Assignment The assignment includes teaching in applicable national courses/subjects and levels in mathematics and physics. Teaching and mentoring of students in mathematics and physics from other programs may occur. In your assignment, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating your instruction based on current curriculum, and you collaborate with the school's other teachers in your work team and relevant subject teams as well as the student support team to ensure students receive a good education and a good study situation. Mentoring is part of the position, with mentor time occurring once per week. In addition to teaching and mentoring, an overall work task or supervision of various types may be included in a teaching position. Your Experience For this position, you must have: - upper secondary teacher certification with qualification in mathematics and physics - teaching experience, preferably within upper secondary school. It is meritorious if you also have: - documented pedagogical skills - experience with mentoring - experience working with IT as a pedagogical tool. Is This You?
