EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION The Education Administration works from a birth to 19-year perspective and includes preschool, school, and after-school care. We work systematically and inclusively in our processes with a clear focus on children and students, which is one of the reasons for our good results in both preschool and school. For us, it is important that all students succeed based on their conditions and receive guidance and stimulation to reach as far as possible. Our teachers are knowledgeable and engaged and support students in learning processes so they feel participation, security, and well-being. Our goal is to continuously develop our methods and knowledge so that students leave our school with good goal achievement and strong values. 1 position(s). DUTIES We offer a permanent employment position at 50%. Teaching is mainly conducted on Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will teach music to grades 3-6 in a three-group system with approximately 18 students in each. Together with your work team, you are responsible for students' learning and development. You plan, implement, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum. Teaching is based on current research and adapted to students' conditions. Your assignment also includes organizing various events, such as school celebrations and St. Lucia processions in collaboration with other staff. You are also expected to participate in the school's development work and other pedagogical discussions with colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a pedagogical education, teacher certification, and qualification in music. You have experience with similar pedagogical work and are well familiar with the school's governing documents. You build good relationships with both students and staff and are clear in your leadership. You have a strong interest in developing music instruction and supporting our creative students.
