Production Staff - Food Manufacturing

We are looking for staff for the evening shift in one of our production departments! You will be placed on the production line where we manufacture ground meat products. Your main duties will be to prepare and package our products. You will participate in daily operations and work with mixing machines, filling machines, and/or labeling and date marking machines. We are looking for someone who works carefully and systematically. You pick up new instructions quickly, have determination while remaining humble in your interactions with coworkers. You collaborate easily with others, both colleagues and managers/supervisors. The work requires good physical condition as it involves heavy lifting and repetitive work tasks. All our routines and instructions are provided in Swedish, and to ensure our quality and work environment standards, it is important that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Additionally, you have basic computer and IT experience. It is a merit if you have previously worked in the food industry and have a forklift license, but this is not a requirement. As we wish for better gender balance, we welcome applications from women. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM-11:45 PM and Friday 12:00 PM-5:45 PM. To reach the workplace, having a driver's license and a car can be helpful, but it is not mandatory. Start date by agreement but no later than August 3. The employment begins with a training period where working hours are scheduled during daytime; after the training period, you will begin working evening shifts. The employment is limited until December 31, 2026, and after that there is a good possibility for extension. We are affiliated with the Food Industry Collective Agreement between Livsmedelsföretagen and Livsmedelsarbetareförbundet.
