As a restaurant assistant, you will: Serve guests, provide excellent service, and create world-class service experiences Keep the restaurant clean and tidy Make delicious burgers, smoothies, and fries in the kitchen Manage the cash register and kitchen to ensure guests get what they ordered Work as a team with fantastic colleagues Job security with a collective agreement, opportunities for advancement, and a culture that wants you to succeed—these are some of the most important ingredients in MAX's recipe for our employees. We don't accept CVs and cover letters, so it's important that you answer the questions thoroughly. After submitting your application, you'll receive a test sent to your email. It's a service test to give us a picture of how you handle different situations that might come up during a day at MAX. It takes at most 15 minutes to complete and also gives you an idea of what it's like to work at MAX and what you can expect. Once you've completed the test, we'll review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. We review applications on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline passes. Please note that the service test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we will not move forward with candidates who don't complete it.
