About the role As a Facility Services Attendant, you and your colleagues have an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the customer's facilities. Together you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's facilities, as well as other tasks that may include conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time, a permanent employment contract with an initial probationary period of six months. We may also recruit part-time employees on a reduced service level. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can make suggestions for improvements to the customer. It is important that you are attentive to the customer's needs. You have a talent for building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both individual and in groups. We would like to see that you have experience from service-oriented roles or relevant industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language and are a Swedish citizen, as this is a customer requirement. Upper secondary education is required.
