Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for a smaller learning environment and students' learning and development, which includes mentoring, organizing the learning process including planning, implementation, and systematic follow-up. You believe in collaborative learning and working together where experiences are shared, everyday classroom events are reflected upon, and you have an open attitude toward what others think and believe. This involves: - Plan for and teach students in need of support in smaller learning environments - Contact with subject teachers - Mentoring - Contact with guardians - Participate in the school's support team with special education specialists and special education teachers Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained teacher with special education competence. You have experience working with students with learning disabilities, weak theoretical ability, and language vulnerabilities. It is an advantage if you have certification in core subjects and social studies as well as experience teaching in smaller learning environments. We believe that you have good pedagogical skills, are flexible, and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and situations. You maintain a professional approach even in stressful situations. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and actively work to find solutions when challenges arise. You contribute to a positive work environment and collaborate with all students, guardians, teachers, and staff you meet.
