Description We are seeking a teacher for grades 4-6 at Bjäkenbacken School. The position(s) are primarily temporary substitute positions during the 2026-2027 school year but may be extended. As a teacher with us, you will be part of a work team where student learning and development are always in focus. The work involves teaching at the middle school level. You will be part of the middle school work team. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach grades 4-6. You have a teaching degree, preferably with broad qualifications. Good knowledge of the school's governing documents and the ability to implement them in your work. The assignment requires good leadership skills, high social competence, and communication skills. You are a person who is calm and confident in yourself and has a low-key approach. You are flexible, service-oriented, and solution-focused. You have the ability to independently plan, teach, and follow up on work while also being able to receive guidance and follow established structures. As a person, we see that you thrive in a role where you both work independently and together with colleagues. You have the ability to build relationships and establish trusting contacts with students, colleagues, and guardians. With responsiveness and clear communication, you create good collaboration and a safe learning environment where students feel seen and receive proper support.
