JOB DUTIES Your position will primarily consist of teaching mathematics. The school has several subject teachers, which enables collaboration and subject development together. Additionally, you will also teach another subject based on your certification. You plan, teach, and evaluate lessons for your students in grades 7-9. With creativity and dedication, you convey knowledge in your subjects while actively working to create an inclusive and inspiring teaching environment that motivates students. You are part of the middle school team and serve as mentor for a class, together with a colleague. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree and teaching certification with qualifications in mathematics and another subject. We would appreciate experience teaching according to LGR22. You should have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills since you will use digital tools as part of your teaching. You have strong subject knowledge and the ability to convey it pedagogically in the classroom. It is important that you have a good understanding of students' different circumstances and are skilled at adapting your teaching accordingly. You communicate well and create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You base your work on proven experience grounded in current research.
