Teacher of Mathematics and Physics, Grades 7–9 We are looking for a dedicated and confident teacher who is passionate about making mathematics and physics engaging. You want to be part of creating a stimulating, structured, and inclusive learning environment where theory meets practice. About the Position As a teacher of mathematics and physics, you are responsible for instruction in grades 7–9. Your role involves planning and conducting instruction that is grounded in scientific principles, where you combine theoretical lessons with hands-on activities and systematic investigations. You work to strengthen students' analytical abilities and their capacity to use mathematical methods to solve problems and understand their world. The position involves close collaboration with colleagues and active participation in the school's quality assurance work. The position also includes mentoring a class. We are looking for you if you: Hold a teaching certification in mathematics and physics for the upper primary grades. Have very confident and clear classroom management with a focus on creating an atmosphere conducive to learning. Work with a high degree of structure and predictability, which is essential for students to master abstract concepts. Have a professional approach to assessment, where you incorporate formative methods to make students' progress toward the learning objectives visible. Are responsible, solution-oriented, and want to contribute to an inspiring work environment. Other Information The position is a permanent employment (100%) with a 6-month probationary period.
