Welcome to develop with us The Social Services Administration in Haninge Municipality is responsible for individual and family care as well as support and services for people with disabilities. The Staff unit is the hub for strategic and process-oriented support within the administration. We coordinate and develop work for the social committee, administration management, and the core processes of operational areas. A team works here with different specialist roles, including administrative lawyer, quality developer, operations controller, contract controller, change manager, local controller, administrative assistant, and qualified case officer. Your assignment As a quality developer, you have a key role within the social services administration to contribute to quality and development. You will be an important support function in the administration's monitoring and development work which, together with other functions, contributes to better services for our target groups and fulfillment of political goals. Your main responsibilities will be: Coordination and training in the administration's process work Consolidate the administration's tasks and analyses for the highest quality council Monitor and analyze the quality of operations Conduct investigations according to the provisions of Lex Sarah Lead development assignments within the administration such as investigations and internal audits based on the committee's priorities and goals Prepare needs and market analyses for procurement, formulate requirement specifications, and participate in evaluation and implementation of new service providers Plan and conduct collaboration meetings with internal and external service providers Responsible for preparing decision-making documents for the social committee System administrator for digital quality management systems What we are looking for in you You should have a degree in social work or another relevant bachelor's degree. You have deep and broad knowledge of individual and family care. You have several years of experience in authority work within social services Experience in quality or development work Good ability to write investigations and decision-making documents It is an advantage if you have Investigated and written reports according to the provisions of Lex Sarah Experience with quality monitoring of the committees' internal and external operations Experience from service provider operations Experience in preparing requirement specifications and participating in the entire procurement process Your characteristics You thrive in a role where you alternate between analysis, development work, and collaboration. You have the ability to create structure in complex issues and can translate legal requirements and quality requirements into practical operational support.
