About the Position As a customer receptionist, you will be an important part of the daily operations and the company's face to the outside world. You will be responsible for receiving customers, handling bookings and administrative tasks, and ensuring that every customer receives professional and friendly service. You will work in a varied role with many points of contact where service, structure, and communication are in focus. The role includes, among other things: Receive and assist customers at reception Handle bookings and planning Administration and document management Ongoing contact with customers and colleagues Ensure high service level and customer satisfaction Work solution-oriented in daily work We are Looking for You You are driven, engaged, and have a strong desire to learn new things. Previous experience from this exact role is not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personality, attitude, and the willingness to develop.
