We help healthcare providers across Sweden ensure the right expertise in the right place, while creating attractive assignments and development opportunities for healthcare professionals. We are in an exciting growth phase and are now seeking a Consultant Manager who wants to develop our business together with us. About the Role As Consultant Manager, you hold a central role in our operations where you are responsible for recruitment, consultant management, customer relations, and business development. You work closely with both consultants and customers to ensure high quality, good satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Your main responsibilities: Recruit and match nurses and physicians to assignments Manage onboarding and ongoing follow-up of consultants Build long-term relationships with consultants and customers Ensure high quality in deliverables Identify new business opportunities with existing and new customers Participate in customer meetings and contribute to business growth Work with staffing, planning, and coordination Contribute to development of processes, routines, and work methods Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and is motivated by creating results through good relationships, structure, and business acumen.
