When guests start arriving, the pace picks up and you work closely with the rest of the kitchen to deliver food with quality, structure, and care – every plate, every service. Throughout the day, you help each other, solve problems together, and make sure both guests and colleagues have a great experience. When service is done, you close down the kitchen as a team and prepare for the next day.
