Assignment Description Our client's business is growing rapidly and embarking on an exciting journey with several current and socially beneficial projects. IT plays a central role in this development, and the client now needs to strengthen the team working on IT system development. We are therefore seeking Information Security Engineers for a project at the forefront of technology. The team works primarily remotely, with some on-site presence as needed. Virtual solutions are used for collaboration, interaction, and pair programming. Team days on-site are held 2–3 consecutive days per half-year. There is also the possibility to work from nearby offices or hubs. The assignment is linked to an exciting project where new technology is used to future-proof the business. Work tasks include close collaboration with multiple teams across different business areas to ensure requirements are met and technical interfaces are managed. The team continuously develops, tests, and operates systems, and is now seeking several people with different competencies to build a driven and versatile team. Who You Are Today We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a driven team where you can be creative, think innovatively, and contribute solutions. You enjoy working closely with operational staff while having a good understanding of governance, processes, and regulations, and can clarify these in a factual and pedagogical manner. You have relevant education or equivalent work experience. We would also like to see that you are a team player who is engaged in your work and has the ambition to continuously develop and learn new things. The client is working to build a functioning compliance organization that can conduct security analyses and follow up on internal audit processes within demanding regulatory compliance. The work encompasses several global compliance frameworks, such as NIST 800-171 Rev. 2, KSF 3.1, NIS2, Cyber Essentials, DSV, and DR. To thrive in this role, we believe you have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Security practices, for example OWASP ISO 27000 series, GDPR, SOC 2, and DORA Requirements specification, both formulating and analyzing requirements IAM, including role- and policy-based access control systems Practical experience with security testing, for example MITM testing Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Your Role in the Team You will work as a requirements engineer and analyst in a small cross-functional team and report within an agile structure. The role involves contributing expertise in both regulatory interpretation and knowledge transfer within the team. Since the team is small, it is an advantage if you have a broad technical background that also includes systems development and operational environments. The client is in a project phase where work is conducted in sprints and value is delivered to the business incrementally. Within the Business Applications area, there is focus on governance, business development, and management within IS/IT, and often has a primary IT interface toward larger development projects. Software Applications is responsible for and further develops IT systems that support teams within software development. The section currently consists of approximately 20 people distributed across several teams. There is an unpretentious culture where professionalism, engagement, and collaboration are in focus.
