About Us Humanioura Care and Services is the municipal service provider in Solna Municipality. We are responsible for, among other things, support for people with disabilities and preventive activities. Within Humanioura, Solna Municipality's new daily activity program is taking shape for persons covered by LSS category 1. Solna Municipality's daily activity program will be a place where each service user's strengths, interests, and dreams are the starting point. Together we create a safe and developmental everyday where we offer meaningful activities and create participation with clear goals. We follow up on the work continuously and work with quality at every step. The activity is conveniently located and centrally situated, just a stone's throw from Solna Center. What Does the Work Involve? In your role as supervisor, you support service users in their daily lives and create opportunities for development, participation, and meaningful engagement. You work both in the activity's premises and out in the community, close to the service user in various activities and development processes. In this role, you plan and carry out work-oriented tasks, accompany service users on internships and study visits, and lead creative and health-promoting activities. You practice everyday skills together with service users and provide individual support to strengthen their independence and ability to reach their goals. The work includes: Creating safe and trusting relationships with service users through a calm, attentive, and clear approach. Working with individual processes where service users can explore interests and move toward internships, job training, studies, or other meaningful engagement at their own pace. Documenting observations, following up on goals, and helping to keep implementation plans active and in use in daily work. Cooperating with family members, case managers, and other important people in the service users' networks to create coordinated support. Contributing to developing the activity's focus areas, activities, and working methods over time. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who wants to create opportunities for others and enjoys combining relationship-building work with structure, activity, and follow-up. You are patient, attentive, and work goal-oriented to support service users' development and participation. You see the value of working close to the service user and enjoy using your own interests and expertise to create engagement and meaningful days. You have: Education as a support educator, social pedagogue, or equivalent education. Experience working in daily activity programs. Experience planning and implementing activities and support measures, both in the activity and out in the community. Good ability to work with assessment, implementation plans, documentation, and follow-up. Experience with low-arousal approaches and clarifying pedagogy. A solution-focused working method and ability to support service users through individual adaptations and small steps forward. Good collaboration skills and experience cooperating with the service user's network. It is meritorious if you have: Experience with Supported Employment or IPS. Experience supporting people with long-term absence from employment, school, or working life. As a person, you are confident, unpretentious, and relationship-building. You are a team player who wants to contribute to an activity where motivation, participation, and the individual's conditions are central. We place great emphasis on personal competencies.
