In this role, you will work with handling and settlement of vehicle-related matters of varying scope and complexity. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, quality, and professional conduct are in focus. The work is performed on-site at the office. Your Responsibilities As a case handler, you will work with: Handling and investigation of matters within the vehicle area Independent assessments and decisions based on laws, regulations, and guidelines Settlement of compensation and administrative handling related to matters Contact with private individuals, authorities, and other external parties Collaboration with colleagues within the team to ensure efficient processes Your Qualities To succeed in this role, we believe you are meticulous, self-driven, and have a structured approach to work. Qualifications: University or college degree in, for example, economics, law, or another socially-oriented field of study Experience with customer contact or case handling Driver's license (Category B) Very good IT proficiency Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious: Experience with independent investigative work and decision-making based on regulations and guidelines Scope and Start Date Full-time, consultant assignment for 6 months.
