The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Falun is part of specialist psychiatry in Region Dalarna. We offer assessment, treatment, and follow-up for adult patients in need of specialist psychiatric care. We work in teams with the patient at the center and have a clear focus on collaboration, quality, and continuity of care. Right now, we are actively working on development where we strengthen our working methods and accessibility. Work Responsibilities As a healthcare and social work curator, you will work with psychosocial treatment within specialist psychiatric outpatient care. The work is varied and demands both independence and collaboration. You will work in teams together with, for example, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants/orderlies, psychologists, and occupational therapists. We Are Looking for Someone Who: Has a professional and empathetic approach Is confident in meeting patients in complex life situations Enjoyed both independent work and teamwork Is flexible, structured, and solution-oriented Contributes to a positive work environment Holds a class B driver's license Expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Meriting Qualifications: Experience working in psychiatry, preferably outpatient care Further education in, for example, CBT, MI, or other conversation methods Experience working in public administration with knowledge of social services and collaboration processes Region Dalarna will introduce a requirement for licensure as a Healthcare and Social Work Curator from 2029-07-01 for those who are to work as curators within healthcare. If you are offered a position and lack licensure, you will need supplementary education to achieve eligibility to apply for licensure.
