We are now seeking an additional resource as a Gym Attendant at our gym in Tingsryd who wants to offer our customers the best service and provide them with the best possible training experience. Your Assignment As a Gym Attendant, you are our face to the public and work to give every member a first-class service experience. Your focus is on actively driving membership sales and our other products, and you will be an important part of our team in creating value for both members and the business. Sales, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment are at the heart of your work. You also ensure that our members follow our house rules to ensure a positive and safe gym environment for everyone. This means you actively remind and inform members about the rules, handle disruptive behavior, and may help create a safe atmosphere. By being present and accommodating, you contribute to all members feeling welcome and being able to train in a positive environment. Your responsibilities include primarily: Selling memberships and additional services such as personal training packages, products from our retail selection, and any ongoing campaigns. High-level customer service, where you answer questions both on the phone and in-person at the gym, help members solve problems, and ensure they have the best experience. Daily operations, which include keeping facilities clean and welcoming, ensuring equipment is in good condition, and maintaining the gym's general standards. The work pace can vary and shift quickly depending on the time of day and the number of members visiting our gym. Since our gyms have flexible staffing and varying work hours, you need to be flexible and able to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings. Who Are You? You are someone who easily adapts to changing circumstances and has the ability to maintain a high pace without compromising the quality of your work.
