To succeed in this role, we see that you have a leadership personality with good self-awareness. You have the ability to motivate, engage, and develop others. We want you to have experience working as a leader, and if it's within retail, that's a merit. You have experience with product displays in stores and restocking. You have good knowledge of Swedish and good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. If you have a forklift license, that's a merit but not a requirement. Who are you?
