The Labor Market and Education Administration holds joint responsibility for integration, labor market, education, and employment issues affecting our municipality's residents. The administration also oversees the School of Culture and food services, as well as tasks related to the medical and psychological aspects of student health in municipal pre-school, primary school, adapted primary school, secondary school, and adapted secondary school. We are now seeking you to work as a TEMPORARY HOURLY EMPLOYEE in Employment & Occupational Services (AoS), with the opportunity to participate in an introduction before you start working for real. For individuals with decisions regarding daily activities or employment services, we are the workplace to go to during the day, and we are responsible for 11 different workplaces as well as opportunities for so-called workplace placements within Boden Municipality. We also support individuals with other needs to take steps on their journey toward employment or studies. Our operation is conducted during daytime and offers a flexible range of work tasks, activities, studies, and occupational engagement characterized by accessibility for all participants. In your role as group leader, you will pedagogically plan, guide, coach, and motivate individuals in daily work tasks. You are responsible for ensuring that participants' plans are current and that they strive to strengthen the individual's self-determination and confidence in their own abilities. You'll be part of a work team together with good colleagues and with close support from a unit manager. We strive for every individual to reach 100% of their own abilities and be able to participate in society's community. Our operation offers individuals stimulation, development, meaningfulness, and community according to their wishes. An overarching goal is also to develop the individual's opportunities toward employment in the short or long term, and this can include both activities with a rehabilitative focus and more production-oriented tasks. We base our planning and work on the individual's needs and conditions so that they can take steps in their own development and strengthen opportunities to influence their own life. We want both employees and participants in our operation to feel confidence and dare to try. A good positive work environment is important to us and something we continuously strive to maintain. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a secure, positive, and initiative-taking person who sees possibilities even in small things. You thrive in good environments where individual development is at the center. In the role of group leader, interaction of the highest quality is crucial, as is the desire to work in a relationship-building manner with the individuals we serve. You will meet a broad spectrum of people with various challenges in their daily lives. The functional disabilities of those who primarily participate in our operation vary from those with Neuropsychiatric functional disabilities (Autism, ADHD, etc.), intellectual disabilities, mental health conditions/illnesses, etc. You need the ability to quickly adjust your approach and work methods, as individuals' needs can differ greatly. Social documentation and some care work are part of daily tasks. We believe you enjoy working TOGETHER in a work team and contribute your experience and competence to the operation's development. You have the ability to examine, analyze, and assess your own work, thus being able to contribute to high-quality measures and to assess when competence other than your own is needed. Requirements: - Diploma or final grades from the Care and Health Program, alternatively diploma or final grades from the Child and Recreation Program with a focus on social work or equivalent.
