Primary school/adapted primary school operations are part of the Education Administration. The operations include 21 primary schools and adapted primary school with a total of approximately 4,500 students. Four of the primary schools are upper secondary schools while the others, with a few exceptions, include grades F-6. The operations also include after-school care. Skolgårda School (grades F-9 and after-school care) is located in the historic neighborhoods around Motala Verkstad, with proximity to the city center, Borenshults locks, and nature. Skolgårda has chosen to profile itself with a focus on goal achievement, security, and well-being, and we are not without reason proud of our good results! We have a high proportion of qualified staff and a collegium that stays long at the workplace. This gives us good continuity for our students. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES The position involves teaching and mentorship in grades F-3. You will be part of a work team for grades F-3, where collaboration and engagement are important. You are expected to have close cooperation with the educators within your grade level and work team. At the school, we work together to increase our shared understanding and the students' learning environment, and our teaching is under constant development. QUALIFICATIONS Competence You must have teacher certification with eligibility for grades F-3. You have knowledge of the school's governing documents, good didactic and pedagogical ability, and can therefore lead and organize your work to create a study environment and a good learning environment for our students. You have a professional approach toward students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible, have clear leadership in the classroom, and show great commitment to creating instruction that is adapted to each student's conditions and needs.
