About the Position As a nursing assistant with us at Gotlands Hemtjänster, you work providing individually tailored care to our customers in their homes. Your tasks include personal care, medication management, meal support, household chores, social interaction, and documentation. You are an important part of creating security and quality of life for our customers, always with respect and dignity in focus. Has a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Shares our core values and works with responsibility, respect, and quality in everything you do. Is empathetic, attentive, and has a genuine interest in helping others. Has good collaboration skills and thrives in an independent role. Holds a B-class driver's license (required). Additional Information: This is a permanent position based at the Hemse office. The scheduled employment level is 75% with the possibility to work extra as needed.
