Your Role as a Preschool Teacher In this role, you contribute to proven experience where we together take responsibility, inspire, collaborate, and support each other. With us, you need both flexibility and attentiveness to the children's needs and a willingness to communicate. In return, you get stimulating work in a creative environment with professional colleagues. Together with other preschool teachers, you regularly work with reflection and analysis. We work to make children participate in documentation, so they have real influence over planning and evaluation. Your close team is the most important reflective team, but you are part of a broader context with other preschool teachers, middle managers, special educators, and the principal. We meet in the learning organization with distributed leadership and collegial learning. We organize with the child's needs in focus. The preschools are conveniently located in connection with Fjordskolan and Iseråsskolan respectively, which enables good collaboration with the F-6 school and its environment.
