About the Assignment We are looking for extra staff for Lead production where truck driving will be your main task. The work may also include some preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning. Education/Qualifications As an applicant, we see you with secondary education with a focus on process, industry, or technology. Experience in industrial and shift work as well as working with preventive maintenance is a plus. You have a personality characterized by curiosity, technical interest, and are solution-oriented to continuously optimize the process. As a person, you are enthusiastic, take responsibility, and have personal engagement in your work. You are flexible and have good communication and collaboration skills with other people at all levels, both individually and in groups. Most importantly, you have a strong safety mindset and understand that safety is paramount. A Class B driver's license is a requirement. Important for the position: - Another primary occupation of at least 50%. (If you are a student, we prefer that you have at least 2 years left of your education.) - Good physical health - Class B driver's license - Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing - Forklift certification A+B and driving experience Meritorious for the position: - Previous experience and knowledge in process monitoring, PLC control, and automation - Overhead crane certification - Previous experience in heavy industry We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Before employment, you will need to provide a blood sample and undergo a medical examination showing that you are fit for lead work, as well as complete alcohol and drug testing. You will be employed as a consultant at Adecco Student, which offers extra work for you with another primary occupation such as studies or other work. Selection and recruitment are ongoing with placement immediately after agreement. As a mobile consultant, you are employed by Adecco but perform work at our client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and job duties may therefore vary within an agreed service area or department.
