Description As a unit manager, you will lead a dedicated team of nurses with a genuine passion for care. You will take on an important and developmental role with responsibility for approximately 20 employees and work with teams throughout the municipality. In this role, you will share leadership responsibilities for the unit. Duties Your responsibilities will include leading and developing operations with a special focus on quality and patient safety. This also involves planning and allocating resources efficiently to achieve established goals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for building and strengthening collaborations with other operations and actors. Additionally, the role includes overall responsibility for the operation's finances, personnel matters, and work environment. Qualifications You hold a university degree in health care or management, or have an education that the employer considers equivalent. It is an advantage if you have experience and education in health care. It is also advantageous to have management experience, preferably from care and elderly services. You will have employees throughout the municipality, so possessing a driver's license is beneficial. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
