As Unit Manager Electrical Analysis at Ringhals, you lead a team of specialists and create conditions for jointly developing a safe and sustainable power generation facility. About the Job In this role, you lead a team with broad and deep technical expertise in electrical power – a strategically important area for Ringhals' future development. As Unit Manager Electrical Analysis, you will have a central position where you and your team members and management colleagues contribute to developing and securing a robust and future-proof power generation facility. You have good opportunities to influence both working methods and technical solutions, while also shaping how we meet future demands for fossil-free electricity production. The unit is responsible for, among other things, the design and analysis of Ringhals' electrical power system. The assignment includes developing requirements and specifications for facility changes, analyzing and simulating the interaction between the nuclear power plant and the transmission grid, and conducting investigations to ensure a reliable and resilient facility. The unit currently consists of eight employees plus a number of consultants.
