Job Responsibilities As a student assistant, your role includes: Providing individualized support to students in teaching situations. Helping create structure, clarity, and predictability in the student's daily routine. Supporting the student's social development and interaction with others. Participating in planning and follow-up together with teachers and student support services. Adapting materials and working methods based on the student's needs. Being a reliable support during breaks and in different school environments. Qualifications Education in pedagogy, child and youth work, or other education/work experience that the employer deems relevant. Previous pedagogical experience working with children or young people, preferably in adapted primary school or LSS. Knowledge of or experience working with students in need of special support, for example within NPF (neuropsychiatric functional disabilities), is highly meritorious. We are looking for someone who is a trustworthy and stable person with high personal maturity and a strong ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You work independently, take your own initiative, and have good judgment in situations requiring quick and well-considered decisions. At the same time, you have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You have a strong empathetic ability and pedagogical insight that allows you to meet each student based on their individual needs and circumstances. In your work, you are flexible and can adapt to changing situations and different challenges that arise during the school day. You are organized in your approach, have the ability to see the whole picture of the student's development and learning, and contribute creative solutions to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
