A person accepted by the energy company who holds a higher university technical degree in energy engineering, has 1 year of work experience in the electrical industry, has passed safety at work and technical operation rules examinations, holds a high category (AK) electrical safety qualification, and is certified according to the procedure established by Order No. 1-220 of November 7, 2012 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania 'On Approval of the Description of the Certification Procedure for Employees Installing and/or Operating Energy Sector Facilities and Equipment,' and possesses an energy sector worker certificate in the prescribed format.
