Electrical Coordinator

Then this could be the position for you! Our client is part of a larger construction and installation group where the electrical division is its own specialist area. They are now looking for an experienced electrician or leading technician who wants to take on a coordinating role and support operations on a part-time basis. This is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process takes place through Futuria People but you will be employed directly by the client. About the position In this role, you will be an important resource for the organization and serve as support to both technicians and project management. The focus is on planning, coordination, and follow-up rather than practical installation work. You will, among other things: • Coordinate and distribute work orders in the field • Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure that work progresses according to plan • Support technicians and site supervisors in daily operations • Visit projects and work sites to monitor quality, progress, and work environment • Handle administrative tasks related to projects and service assignments This is a role where your experience is your most important tool. We are looking for you who • Have several years of experience as an electrician, leading technician, site supervisor, or similar • Have a good understanding of projects, service, and installation work • Enjoy planning, coordinating, and creating structure • Are self-driven, responsible, and work well with others • Hold a valid driver's license (category B) We especially welcome applicants who are retired or scaling back in their careers or similar situations.
