Insurance Services (Division) Manager

Description:

-Ensuring successful and effective operations of the regional department (hereinafter the department), monitoring the implementation of company plans and tasks; -Employee selection, work organization and supervision, building team spirit, preventing manifestations of mobbing; -Monitoring compliance with company internal procedures, management instructions, insurer methodological guidelines and other regulatory documentation requirements; -Monitoring employee qualification improvement; -Assisting department employees in distributing insurance products, identifying client insurance needs, assessing insurance risks, formulating inquiries to insurers, communicating with insurer representatives to coordinate proposals for concluding insurance contracts and settling insurance claims; -Communication with company and own existing and new clients; -Identifying client needs, preparing proposals, concluding insurance contracts; -Entering data into the company's insurance contract management system. Must have similar work experience in an insurance company or insurance broker company, an insurance client portfolio and an insurance broker license, as well as an impeccable reputation. Remote work
