Insurance Services (Department) Manager

Description:

-Ensuring successful and effective operation of the regional department (hereinafter referred to as the department), controlling the implementation of company plans and tasks; -Employee selection, work organization and supervision, building team spirit, preventing manifestations of mobbing; -Monitoring compliance with company internal regulations, management directives, insurers' methodological instructions and other normative documentation requirements; -Monitoring employee qualification improvement; -Assisting department employees in insurance product distribution, identifying customer insurance needs, assessing insurance risks, formulating inquiries to insurers, communicating with insurers' representatives to coordinate proposals for concluding insurance contracts and managing insurance claims; -Communication with the company's current and new clients as well as own clients; -Identifying client needs, preparing proposals, concluding insurance contracts; -Entering data into the company's insurance contracts system. Must have similar work experience in an insurance company or insurance broker firm, an insurance client portfolio and an insurance broker license, as well as an impeccable reputation. Remote work
